Cleaner Eyes Report started with my own frustration, not a business plan. I kept getting nothing useful back from my cleaner: no mention of the thinning towels, the loose railing, the toilet paper running low.
A cleaner's job is to clean. Some will notice property condition on their own and think to flag it. Most won't, not because they don't care, but because reporting on the property was never part of what I'd actually asked them to do.
