- All rights remain the exclusive property of Confident Hosts / Altus Advantage.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, refunds and exchanges are not possible.
Exceptions may be made in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate purchase
- Technical error resulting in non-delivery
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including templates, documents, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images—is the intellectual property of Confident Hosts / Altus Advantage and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.
For Canva-based templates, note that Canva’s own Content License Agreement applies to platform elements. Your purchase covers our custom layout, structure, and written content only.

We are not liable for any:
